It’s easy to be a good leader when things are calm, employees are competent, customers are polite and the economy is thriving. Unfortunately, that’s not where we are right now. It seems as if every day we read about another company that is declaring bankruptcy, laying off workers or closing their doors for good. Customers are hording their money and leaders are trying to figure out what strategy to implement next to generate revenue.
