LEGOLAND New York
Christine Little was hired in 2016 to join the Community Relations team of LEGOLAND New York. After an exciting first year with this dynamic group, Christine was promoted to the position of Operations Compliance Coordinator. Attention to detail and her ability to problem solve led her to this new role.
She has transitioned well from dresses and heels at community events to a hard hat and steel toe boots on the exciting and busy construction site of the future LEGOLAND New York Resort.
A resident of Warwick, NY for 21 years, this is a second career for Christine. A Masters prepared pediatric nurse, she devoted 28 years to delivering quality health care for children, including 12 years tending to the students of the Warwick and Chester school districts.
Christine, ‘Chris’ to her family and friends, is the very proud mother of two children. As they were ready to fly the coop and head to college, Chris decided she was also ready to spread her wings and try something new. Her time with LEGOLAND New York has afforded her an incredible opportunity to enter into the business world, while still having a positive impact on the lives of children in her community.
Christine has been a member of the Town of Warwick Planning Board for 6 years and also serves on the board of the Warwick Valley Chamber of Commerce. When not trekking the topography of the construction site and tracking the rules and regulations associated with building a $500 million project, Christine can be found volunteering for veterans as a board member of the Committee for the Families of War Veterans and as a Safety Captain for Hudson Valley Honor Flight. She is also known for tackling crazy home improvement projects and baking for friends, family and hungry construction crews.
