Bio :

Diane has lived most of her life here in Orange County and just recently purchased a house in New Windsor. Her favorite part of her house is the pool, her own little backyard oasis. Diane shares her home with her fiancé, dog and cat.
Diane worked in the Veterinary field for 15 years before joining the people side of healthcare. Her journey helping animals and clients prepared her for her role at Crystal Run Healthcare. Diane is naturally empathetic and enjoys helping patients and staff. Diane has worked at Crystal Run for 6 years and has maintained an active role in Patient Services. She started the Front Desk and moved into a training role within 2 years. Diane served as the Training Coordinator for 2 years before moving into her current role as Director of Patient Access. Diane works closely with various departments in the organization to develop and coordinate efficient operations and staff compliance with all established policies and procedures within the Patient Services Department. She also manages key performance indicators, continuous process improvement and staff performance. Diane also oversees the Patient Services Training Department, where she develops continuing education, training curriculum and educational materials for new hires and existing staff. Diane also acts as the Director of Operations for 7 smaller Crystal Run sites. Diane oversees the development and implementation of new software programs that increase efficiency of the Patient Registration process and maximize Patient Access. Diane enjoys looking for new and creative ways to refine the patient experience at Crystal Run Healthcare.
