About
A passionate advocate for disability rights and education, Kathleen is dedicated to expanding opportunities for people with Developmental Disabilities whether it be through inclusive arts in the community or educating employers on the value of inclusive employment practices.
Kathleen is the Vice President of the Joint Membership of Health and Community Agencies (JMHCA), where she works with the federation of over 40 nonprofits to advocate for Orange County's most vulnerable populations. Kathleen's also sits on the Orange County Think Differently Committee.
Kathleen's professional interest include organizational development, advocacy, cultivating emerging leaders, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Kathleen has been asked to speak at mutiple state and national conferences on these topics of interest.
