About

Upon graduating from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, Kristi began her career in the media industry, working at a York/Lancaster radio station and as a camera operator for a Fox News affiliate. After five years, she transitioned to advertising and moved to New York City. Seeking a career closer to home and more personally fulfilling, she shifted to the nonprofit sector, raising funds for healthy babies and leading a walk at Woodbury Common. During this time, she and her husband started a family in the Monroe-Woodbury area before moving to Warwick/Chester, where they welcomed four children.

In 2019, Kristi joined the American Cancer Society—a role deeply personal to her, as her brother passed away from neuroblastoma at age 10. While focused on breast cancer, her work allows her to make a meaningful impact for those facing a cancer diagnosis.

Two years ago, Kristi began organizing cancer screening events in non-traditional locations such as the Newburgh Armory, Resorts World Hudson Valley, and Galleria Mall. These events unite multiple healthcare partners to provide accessible screenings to the public.

If you are interested in sponsoring, participating, or collaborating on any of these events, please reach out to Kristi at Kristi.Greco@cancer.org. She is always looking for ways to partner and make an impact in the Hudson Valley. Thank you.
